I could start by saying this market is nuts...and I truly mean it. Prices are crazy. Buyers and sellers are still people though...with hopes and dreams and goals.
Don't fall into the trap and forget that real estate by its nature is a people business. We help people sell their homes for the best prices as well as help buyers buy houses that fit into their budgets and their ideas of a forever home.
It would be easy to just throw up your hands and become one of the agents that won't go the extra step, won't make the extra phone call.
my advice to real estate agents old or new is:
BE THE CALM IN THE STORM.............
DON'T BE THE CAUSE OF THE STORM
